because summer, in all its glory, overwhelmed me this morning as i rode a bicycle to campus in a summer dress with my shades on singing “knock three times” i have decided to seriously take up a photo project.

this is something i began earlier this month because i was excited about some of my photos with no real intention of doing too much. i am going back through many of the photos i took while i was in senegal and “revamping” them.

after i have satisfactorily blazed through the ones i am most interested in, i plan to do something really cool with them.

i’ve never officially dedicated myself to a project of this sort, but we will see how it goes. i plan to upload a photo everyday right here (on flickr), not counting weekends or holidays (but maybe sometimes on the weekends).

i am so excited.
