Erica is a goddess. The first time I photographed her and Kris for their bohemian canyon photoshoot I was convinced, but this second time really sealed the deal for me. It helps that they tell me I’m the only Houston photographer that they love, but really I love them because they are just so fun to be around, and so easy to capture. I would think that Kris would tire of me giving him crap to try and make him laugh, but he always maintains such good spirits.

They are expecting a baby girl in May and so I got to do maternity photos in downtown Houston, and with the weather and the setting, the vibe was very dystopic meets the Adams family. I LOVED it. The added bonus was that I got to meet Erica’s adorable mother, beautiful sisters, and spunky little niece. I’ve never done a shoot that incorporates all such people before, but I think the photos turned out super interesting and we all had a blast. (Or at least I like to think so!)
