Lauren and Olivia’s farm wedding is one of my favorite weddings to date. It is not often that I get to witness the emotion and connection between the brides and their families, and so this wedding is forever etched in my memory. They planned a rustic farm wedding and The Kaaterskill Inn, which is idyllic in terms of rustic weddings, and autumn must be the ideal season to have a wedding there.

I don’t love how weddings often become a show to impress guests, but I can say for certainty that this wasn’t one of those. The energy that Lauren and Olivia give each other, and their parents, and their friends was so overwhelming that I found myself in tears more than once during this day.

Olivia’s dress is from BHLDN so of course it is amazing. And Lauren’s cufflinks have chickens on them! In fact, chickens make a regular appearance throughout this wedding. 😉 Being that it is a farm wedding, it’s quite fitting…
