in a time when business is slow and i’m swamped trying to get all the correct licenses and tax information and all of that, it was such a sweet surprise today when i checked out Green Wedding Shoes only to find out that our wedding was the most popular post in 2010!
my jaw dropped when i saw it and i had another moment of just feeling so incredibly grateful. it is not lost on me how blessed i am. and its also hard to believe that it was possible when i know my wedding budget was waaaaaay below the average spent on weddings in america. i have to thank my mom for teaching me the art of finding a bargain and patience in the search.
in case you haven’t seen the photos yet, head over to the blog of the lovely and talented Clayton Austin. i designed the concept and all the details of the wedding, my family helped me carry it out, and Clayton is responsible for how beautiful it looks to the rest of the world.
i was also thrilled that a lot of the weddings that had the favorite details were photographer by Clayton. i really am his biggest fan.
that is super cool
