The location for a wedding couldn’t get much better than the family farm on which Emily and Tony got married.
The view was absolutely stunning.
The entire drive there calls to mind idyllic visions of nostalgic Virginia. And once upon the property, the 19th century farmhouse is charming and full of character.
Emily might be one of the bravest brides I have known- she didn’t sleep the week before her wedding because she had three (three!!) finals to take- not to mention pulling together all the last minute details. And what beautiful details they were! The wedding could have been enough with the view of the trees, the mountains, and the countryside- but Emily gathered beautifully rustic details inspired by their natural surroundings. And wait until you see the cake- it might be one of my favorite cakes of all time. It’s rustic simplicity is utterly brilliant.
Here is their story…
and if you didn’t see their farm engagement photos on the same property, make sure you check them out. : )
The one where they are under the big tree is breathtaking. Definitely my favorite!
I look forward to seeing you when you get back.
Wow, absolutely gorgeous! I love all the details she put together, fabulous work. And I cannot say enough about your photog skills, you’re amazing!!
TAHNI TAHNI TAHNI!!! I love these. So sweet and so special.
