“we are not poor. We are just without riches, we who have no will, no world: marked with the marks of the latest anxiety, disfigured, stripped of leaves. around us swirls the dust of the cities, the garbage clings to us. we are shunned as if contaminated, thrown away like broken pots, like bones, like…
well you are ahead of the game in knowing what you need to do, but I pray for you to find contentment.
Love you, Louanne
P.S. i like that photo of me :)will you email it to me?
i very much consider you a giver. you give those around you more than you know.
Tahnawannagive:
I think you are concentrating too much on words and attitudes like failure. The truth is that, on the balance of your life, you are not a failure. In fact, you are victorious through a personal relationship with our Lord.
Because people have been so generous towards you for most of your life does not mean you become a chronic receiver even if you have "lifetime to date" been a net receiver. Giving is not measured in terms of things or money, but rather, as an attitude of the heart. You have a giving heart and, Lord willing, you will have many years to become a net giver.
Love,
Dad
Oh, I understand… Praying rest for you to live.
Dear sweet Tahni! I so enjoyed your photographs on Flickr; they inspired me to go back to my own creativity. Winter is a season that the Lord has purposed. Here in MOntreal, its quite gray; but when the sun comes out its brighter than a summerday! Weeping may last for the night, but joy comes in the morning Psalm 30:5
And for this reason, i am sending you the Sunshine Blog Award its good to feel the warmth, sweet sister!
