some of you may remember a farm lifestyle session i did over a year ago for some friends who live and work on a farm here in virginia. it was one of my favorite sessions i ever did because i felt like it captured the lykoshes as they truly are and how they exist in this world. not to mention their beautiful souls and the way they treasure this earth.
i had the privilege of getting connected with more of amy’s family, who decided to bring me out to denver to capture the part of the family that lives there. we did a three day marathon of photographs, ensuring that no one was left out. (and now there is only one sibling left that i have yet to photograph 🙂 )
this family was a joy to be around and i left denver feeling so encouraged by them. they were constantly reminding me that i have a gift, that i’m good at what i do, and that i deserve to be paid and flown all over the world for it. 🙂 now i’m not saying i agree, but i am saying that being around them surely boosted my spirits and my confidence in this art that i’ve come to call my current career. so i have to thank them for that. all of you were a blessing to me and i am honored that i’m able to document your families. thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for everything you did for me!
all the photographs radiate their love, their playfulness, and their enjoyment of each other. it’s a beautiful life.
These are seriously lovely, friend. All of their forever-love for each other comes through so clearly and sweetly. Also, a footie onesie AND bare baby bottom!?! I’m dying from the cuteness overload. 😉
Wonderful!! This is so sweet.
