here are the results of my first photo assignment, the prayer walk. after taking the photos, i was really frustrated and felt that nothing good would come from them. however, after thinking more and editing them, so much more than i was expecting came from it.

if you wish to hear an explanation of the photos, please call or email me. because anyone can read this, i want to be sensitive to some people and therefore will not be posting all my thoughts.

our next assignment is to use some scripture, or a theme/idea and take photographs based on that idea. to manipulate the environment in a way that demonstrates what we want to speak. i’ve already got some ideas and i am really excited about them.

it is already amazing me how much you can share about yourself, your heart, and God through art and photography.
